Battery Takeback Policy

As a registered UK Battery Producer (BPRN12771), we are committed to the safe disposal and environmental recycling of all our lithium battery packs.

There are many very simple and easy options available for recycling. You can check with your local household recycling centre if they have a provision for this, and there are also many large cycle retailers that will take them for recycling free of charge with no purchase necessary.

If you feel you have no safe means of disposing of any old batteries then you can contact our customer services who will arrange for any used Ezego batteries to be returned to us for safe disposal. There is no charge for this.
