We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £100. All other orders will be subject to delivery charges. We are able to ship globally and ask that you get in touch should you wish to purchase one of our products from outside of the UK.
We will endeavour to process and dispatch any orders received before 12pm (working days only) the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day. For the purposes of clarity, Saturday and Sunday, as well as any UK national holidays & bank holidays are not classed as working days.
Our products are usually dispatched on a standard 2 working day service (unless the product description, or checkout options indicate otherwise), although we may offer an expedited shipping service from time to time.
How do I track my order
Most orders are shipped with a tracking number which allows you to see where your delivery is within the couriers network. In some circumstances you may receive the tracking number before our courier has logged your order onto their system, if this is the case your tracking number might not work immediately.
I missed my delivery, what do I do?
Our couriers will typically make 2 attempts to deliver your order and will require a signature. After these attempts they may hold your products at their collection centre for a number of days, or return the items to us at their discretion. Please ensure that you are available to receive your order when a delivery attempt is made.
